3CC was formed by four friends getting together to play music on the weekends. People would come over listen, sing, and dance with the group. They have been playing together as a band since October, 2011 playing mostly country and rock with a 3CC twist. The band is comprised of Blaine Bunting, Ashley Sands, Robbie Sauls, Dakota Woods and Jason Stewart. They are very unique as they have three lead singers with very different musical tastes resulting in a sound described in an article in Liberty Life Magazine as country or alternative country with a rock twist. Their sound allows them to appeal to a variety of musical tastes as evident by a recent IShowcase event in Jacksonville, Florida. 3CC entered the rock IShowcase competition against 17 rock bands and sang five country songs with their unique twist bringing down the house. As described by the contest judge, Warner Bros music executive Rod Scott, they not only blew away the competition in Jacksonville but also blew away the competition he had judged the night before in Miami, Florida. Georgia State Representative Al Williams was so impressed at a rally they played for him that he stated that he would be bringing 3CC to Atlanta to play at the State House. |
